Terms of services

  • Because we don’t take walk-in clients, we require a $25.00 nonrefundable deposit to secure all appointments. This fee does go towards your style. Please note that your appointment isn’t approved until this fee is received.  Failure to make a deposit within 24 hours of booking via our site will result in your appointment being canceled. Deposit is non-transferable due to cancellations.
  • We are committed to providing our clients with top of the line products and services, because of this we have launched our own anti-bacterial fiber hair line. For years we have been forced to use synthetic hair made with Kanekalon fiber, but we have finally developed something better and we are happy to provide it to every client that sits in our chair.
  • This appointment needs to be made no later than 30 days after your original service date. Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your braid refresh appointment voids the appointment and a $30.00 rescheduling fee will be required to secure a new braid refresh appointment.
  • We recommend your hair be at least 3 inches long, if shorter please notify us before booking your appointment.
  • Please ensure your scalp is clean and free of any products upon arrival for your appointment. This is to ensure you get the best results out of your services and the longest wear out of your style.
  • With the launch of our own brand of hair, we will no longer braid with any other brand of hair.
  • When booking at Studio Luxe please keep in mind that you are booking a one-on-one session. This means we will not be accommodating additional guest, please refrain from inviting guest to join you for your appointment, as they will be asked to wait outside
  • We value your time just as much as we do ours. All cancellations should be made as early as possible to allow for another client to fill that timeslot. A 24-hour cancellation notice is greatly appreciated.
  • Missed appointment or “no shows” leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintain a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
  • Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.
  • For your protection, please leave your valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles.
