All returns must be in original condition meaning original packaging with all tags and any accompanying paperwork. Items must be unopened, unused, unaltered and undamaged.
Before returning any items please use the contact us page to contact us. We will review your email and issue an authorized return number within 2-3 business days.
Once your return is received our team will inspect your package, please allow up to 5 days for this process. Once approved for return we will issue a refund to your card. Please allow two billing cycles for this refund to show up on your card. We don’t have any control of when banks release funds and can’t rush this process.
If your return is rejected because it is not in the same condition as when we shipped the item, we will refuse your request and are willing to ship the item back to you for an additional shipping charge. Failure to pay the shipping charge in 14 days your items will be discarded.
We will not charge you a restocking fee on items that are approved for return. Also your original shipping fees will also be refunded.
Please ensure you ship your returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery.
Refused / Undeliverable policy
Please ensure that you double check your address as you enter it into our site. Any addresses that are undeliverable will only be reshipped after an additional shipping charge is processed.
There is a 10% restocking fee applied to orders that are refused or undeliverable.
Items ineligible for return
All hair is non-refundable or exchangeable due to health code regulations.
All clearance, sale or promotional items are final sale and ineligible for return.
Any products that have been opened, used, tried on, and/or damaged by customers are ineligible for return.
